Camco is looking for a top-rate legal professional with experience in finance and transactions to join its legal team based in Helsinki, Finland.

As Senior Legal Counsel, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for:

• negotiating, drafting and managing loan documentation and security packages,

• managing small equity transactions,

• taking care of various corporate governance matters and fund legals, and

• managing policies and procedures such as KYC and AML.

​

The Senior Legal Counsel will work closely with Camco’s General Counsel, collaborate with external advisors and support project teams. They will have the opportunity to travel to unique destinations and develop their professional skills beyond a strictly legal framework.

​

Applicants should have at least four years of relevant legal experience, have excellent written and oral communication skills (fluent English is necessary), and have a genuine interest in sustainable finance and clean energy.
